Public School Choice and Supplemental Educational Services In 2009-2010, 385 students were eligible for public school choice and supplemental educational services. No students opted to utilize PSC or SES during that year. Supplemental education service providers in the area are: Culliver Reading Center, 276 Harker Street, Mansfield (419-522-7323); Partners Assisting Learning, 2411 Grandview Terrace, Mansfield, (419-961-4079); and Sylvan Learning Center, 550 Lexington-Springmill Road, Mansfield (419-528-4440). Students may transfer to their residential school district or to any community schools.
