Greetings 2020 Class,
GOAL Digital Academy is proud and committed to supporting you and your family during this time of need. Our mission from the beginning has been to support, encourage and educate your student. We want all of our seniors, the GOAL Digital Academy Class of 2020 to have a proper senior celebration. The senior luncheon has been rescheduled for May 7, 2020, starting at 10:00am. If we are unable to hold an in-person luncheon on May 7th, we will schedule individual online senior meetings with your counselor. The luncheon and/or online guidance senior meeting will count for all of your exam grades for your final semester of high school.
The GOAL Digital Academy Graduation will take place on Friday, May 22, 2020, at 6:30pm. If we cannot hold a graduation ceremony in person, the ceremony will be held virtually. Approximately, 130 diplomas are expected to be awarded! Our staff, including myself, are so proud of everything that you have accomplished, especially how you have stepped up and remained strong during this unique time in our history. While we are not able to see each other and your families in person, we want to recognize your achievements virtually with your families and friends.
If the May ceremony cannot be held in person, GOAL Digital Academy will host a graduation ceremony on Wednesday, August 19, 2020. The ceremony will be held at the Mid-Ohio Conference Center/GOAL Mansfield Lab located at 890 West Fourth Street Mansfield, Ohio 44906 starting at 6:30pm. Please share the dates for your senior luncheon and graduation with your family, friends and classmates. Stay home, keep positive, healthy and safe. Please know that everyone at GOAL is thinking of you and we will continue to support you in every possible way.
Proud to be your Superintendent,
Tish Jenkins
