Intervention Specialist
Newark Learning Lab
Empower students with IEPs through a dynamic hybrid model. You will facilitate specialized instruction online and provide high-impact, onsite tutoring in our Learning Labs. As a literacy leader, you will utilize Phonics for Reading to help students break through barriers and stay on the path to graduation.
Start date: August 2026 (FY27)
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree & Ohio Intervention Specialist licensure.

High School ELA Teacher
Assigned Learning Lab
Drive student achievement using the robust CommonLit 360 curriculum. You will deliver engaging live lessons online via the Canvas LMS and transition to on-site mentoring and tutoring in our Learning Labs. This role is perfect for an educator who excels at building deep personal connections within a tech-integrated environment.
Start date: August 2026 (FY27)
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree & Ohio Integrated Language Arts licensure.

Intervention Specialist
District-wide

Assigned Learning Lab
Lead students through an innovative Social Studies curriculum delivered online, followed by personalized onsite support and tutoring. We are seeking a tech-savvy educator who is passionate about differentiation and helping students see their place in the world.
Start date: August 2026 (FY27)
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree & Ohio Middle Childhood Social Studies licensure (or 7-12 with Middle School experience)

Behavioral Therapist or Licensed Social Worker
Traveling District-wide
Play a pivotal role in our students' lives by providing mental health analyses, group therapy, and individualized behavior modification plans. You will empower our staff through trauma-informed training, ensuring our environments remain safe & supportive for all.
Start date: August 2026 (FY27)
Requirements: Current Ohio LSW license, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Part-Time Customer Service: Front Desk
Delaware and/or Marion Learning Lab
Set the tone for excellence as the first point of contact for our families. This role follows the school-year calendar and is ideal for a professional, welcoming individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. Exceptional performance will be considered for full-time opportunities.

Pay: $18.00/hour (12-24 hours/wk).
