Intervention Specialist
Newark Learning Lab
Empower students with IEPs through a dynamic hybrid model. You will facilitate specialized instruction online and provide high-impact, onsite tutoring in our Learning Labs. As a literacy leader, you will utilize Phonics for Reading to help students break through barriers and stay on the path to graduation.
Start date: August 2026 (FY27)
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree & Ohio Intervention Specialist licensure.

Intervention Specialist
District-wide

Middle School Social Studies Teacher
Assigned Learning Lab
Lead students through an innovative Social Studies curriculum delivered online, followed by personalized onsite support and tutoring. We are seeking a tech-savvy educator who is passionate about differentiation and helping students see their place in the world.
Start date: August 2026 (FY27)
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree & Ohio Middle Childhood Social Studies licensure (or 7-12 with Middle School experience)

Guidance Counselor
Newark Learning Lab
Help students navigate their educational journey through personalized academic planning, graduation support, and social-emotional guidance. School Counselors work closely with students, families, and staff to monitor progress, develop post-secondary plans, coordinate interventions, and connect students with resources that support success.
Start date: August 2026 (FY27)
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree & Ohio School Counselor Licensure.
